Policies

Cancellations

  • We ask that appointments be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time in consideration of your service provider.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late in consideration of other guests.
  • We understand things happen, however in consideration of our time and other guests, clients will be required to provide a credit card to hold their reservation after their first cancellation/reschedule within 24 hours or no show, and they will be assessed charges as outlined below.
    • Any future appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time for the will be charged 50% of the service price to the credit card on file.
    • Any future no call / no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price to the credit card on file.

Keiki

For the safety and comfort of your keiki, yourself, and our other guests, we appreciate your understanding with the following policies:

  • Keiki receiving a service are welcome on the salon floor during their service time.
  • Keiki are not allowed on the salon floor when not receiving a service due to the use of chemicals, sharp objects, and hot tools that may cause harm to them or others. This includes in your lap, open salon chairs, and strollers.
  • Ulupono Salon and Spa can not assume responsibility for your keiki at any time.

Redo's

We know you'll love your service, but if you're not completely happy, we appreciate the opportunity to make it right. 

  • Redo's will be completed by the same service provider that performed the initial service. We believe in growth and opportunities to be better.
  • Redo's done by a different service provider may be assessed any applicable charges at the time of the redo.
  • Redo's are applicable for hair, skin, and nail services. Massages are excluded. 

Ulupono Salon and Spa does not provide refunds for any services rendered.
